We made it to the island in no time, crossing was easy and fast and we were on the island before midnight on Friday, so after a good night of sleep we had breakfast next morning and then we were ready to get in the water for the check dive in Chatham bay. This trip our guest came from Belgum like Kris and Petra, Luxemburg like Jean Claude and Robert Hellers,  Canada like Carl, Swetzerland like Robert Hjalmers,  Germany like  Michael, and Jacalyn and Andrew from USA.

At 11 am  in Pajara Island is what we got for the second dive with very good conditions. We saw the beautiful pinnacles with the school of jackfish and  tons of whitetip reef sharks around and the frog fish was also there to take pictures. The third dive at 3 pm in Viking Rock with lots of hammerheads, Galapagos , the little moorish idols  everywhere and the  marble  rays swimming slowly all in front of us with great visibility.

When we went to Punta Maria , it was full with Galapagos sharks in the blue comning  close to the divers. It was fantastic to take pictures and filming. The second and the third dive in Dirty Rock, was were we found the hammerheads at around 100 ft, and after we continued to the other side of the rock  finishing the third dive swimming whith a couple of  bottle nose dolphins. We visit Alcyone two times and both were excellent dives with very pleasant panga rides. The diving in Manuelita was very calm, this place became in short time the place to be, and both groups got  to see what they came for, the schooling hammerheads,

The trip was great and fun and we were lucky enough to dive with galapago sharks, oceanic mantas, whitetips, marble rays , dolphins and of course, our always present hammerhead sharks!

Thank you very much to Andrew, Kris, Petra, Jackelyn, Carls, Jean, Michael, and Robert Hjalmers and Robert Hellers.

Feliz Navidad!
